(1) When the Secretary investigates in accordance with Rule 7, in accordance with Sub-rule (1) of Rule 10 and Sub-section (1) of Section 33 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the Secretary shall decide to register the position of the employee who has not exceeded the limit of tenure and compulsory leave respectively in the civil library and record form of such employee. (2) The employee record form certified as per sub-rule (1) shall be sent to the civil library for storage.
(3) On the basis of the record form received as per sub-rule (2), the civil library shall register the position.
